Data We Collect<\/h4>\n<p>The App collects only the minimum data necessary for its operation:<\/p>\n<h5>2.1. Location Data<\/h5>\n<ul>\n  <li>The GPS location of your mobile device <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">only when you are in your field<\/span> and actively using the \nApp features that require location.<\/li>\n  <li>The location is used to provide context-specific agricultural recommendations. <\/li>\n<\/ul> \n<h5>2.2. User Input<\/h5>\n<ul>\n  <li>Your responses to questions about agricultural practices, farm management, and environmental \nconditions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>  \n<h5>2.3. No Personal Identification Data<\/h5>\n<p>The App <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> does not <\/span> collect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Your Name<\/li>\n  <li>Phone number<\/li>\n  <li>Address<\/li>\n  <li>Any other information that directly identifies you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The App is designed to work <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> without creating a personal profile <\/span><\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<h4>3. Purpose of Data Processing<\/h4>\n<p>The collected data are processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n  <li> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Providing tailored agroecological recommendations <\/span> based on your inputs and field location. \n<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Improving the App, <\/span> its models, and its advisory content.<\/li>\n  <li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Scientific research purposes <\/span> within the Horizon Europe project, always in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> anonymized or aggregated form, <\/span> ensuring you cannot be identified.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your data are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> never used for marketing, <span> commercial profiling, or sales<\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<h4>4. Legal Basis for Processing<\/h4>\n<p>The processing of your data is based on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Performance of a task carried out in the public interest (scientific research, sustainable agriculture \nsupport), and <\/li>\n  <li>Your consent for using GPS location and providing advisory input data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n<h4>5. Legal Basis for Processing<\/h4>\n<p>Your data may be shared only as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>With research partners within the Horizon Europe project, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> in anonymized or aggregated form. <\/span> <\/li>\n  <li>With no commercial third parties. <\/li>\n<li>With no external organizations for advertising or analytics purposes.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No raw location data or individual user inputs are shared outside the project. <\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<h4>6. Data Storage and Retention <\/h4>\n<p>Your data may be shared only as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Data are stored on secure servers managed by project partners. <\/li>\n  <li>Only anonymized or aggregated datasets are retained for research.<\/li>\n<li>Location data and user inputs linked to your device session are kept <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> only as long as necessary <\/span> to \ngenerate recommendations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you delete the App, no further data are collected.  <\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<h4>7.Data Security<\/h4>\n<p>We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Ensure encryption, restricted access, and secure storage \n<\/li>\n  <li>Protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Because no personally identifiable data are collected, the risk to users is minimal. <\/p>\n&nbsp;\n<h4>8.
