Europe project ONE HEALTH APPROACHES TO SUPPORT AGROECOLOGICAL
TRANSFORMATION OF PERI-URBAN FARMING (GA No. 101059232), collects, uses, and
protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Data Controller

The App collects only the minimum data necessary for its operation:

- The GPS location of your mobile device only when you are in your field and actively using the App features that require location.
- The location is used to provide context-specific agricultural recommendations.

- Your responses to questions about agricultural practices, farm management, and environmental conditions.
2.3. No Personal Identification Data
The App does not collect:
- Your Name
- Phone number
- Address
- Any other information that directly identifies you
The App is designed to work without creating a personal profile

The collected data are processed for the following purposes:
- Providing tailored agroecological recommendations based on your inputs and field location.
- Improving the App, its models, and its advisory content.
- Scientific research purposes within the Horizon Europe project, always in anonymized or aggregated form, ensuring you cannot be identified.
Your data are never used for marketing, commercial profiling, or sales

The processing of your data is based on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Performance of a task carried out in the public interest (scientific research, sustainable agriculture support), and

- Location data and user inputs linked to your device session are kept only as long as necessary to generate recommendations.
If you delete the App, no further data are collected.

Because no personally identifiable data are collected, the risk to users is minimal.
